Welcome to the 1st Lampeter Scout Group website. Whether you are an existing Beaver, Cub, Scout or Parent, or if you are a passing visitor, we hope to give you all a flavour of what the group is all about.

The 1st Lampeter are a very popular Scouting Group, located in Lampeter, West Wales, where we cater for boys and girls aged between 5½ and 14 years old. Please have a look at the various sections.

As a group we participate in a variety of outdoor and indoor pursuits, ranging from Camping and Wide games to Archery and Athletics. Our aim is to aid the development of our young members through practical training and badge work, however, our first priority is always to make sure that our Beavers, Cubs & Scouts have fun.

Sunday 9th November 2008 is Remembrance Day Parade in Lampeter. All Beavers, Cubs & Scouts will be expected to attend in full uniform. Meet at the Scout Hall at 10.15am to march down to the War Memorial.Well Done to all the Scouts that took part in the Survival Camp near Aberystwyth. I heard it didn't rain and you slept in tents!!!! Surely not!!!
